Service Description
As an All Access Premium member, you can super charge your language learning with private classes! These classes are specifically designed for beginner students who need to grasp the foundational basics of English grammar and vocabulary for practical communication and clarity for work, travel, or daily life. Conversation classes help you to expand your vocabulary and understand grammar through practical context, your life, and your work. As a language coach, your teacher helps you to build confidence, set and achieve realistic goals and stay motivated. Our online classes via video allow you to learn from anywhere at any time!
Cancellation Policy

Cancelling and Rescheduling Classes may be canceled or rescheduled through the online calendar system a minimum of 48 hours in advance of your class start time. You cannot make changes to a class that is scheduled to begin in less than 48 hours. You are responsible for managing your class schedules and it is your responsibility to reschedule or cancel a class within the 48-hour time period. Missed Classes Classes are scheduled for specific times. If you will be late for your class, it is your responsibility to inform your teacher. Teachers are required to wait for 10 minutes, after which they are permitted to close the video meeting room and your class will be considered completed. Classes completed in this way will not be rescheduled or reimbursed. Refund Policy Classes and packages are non-refundable. You are at liberty to request an alternative teacher at any time. In situations where your designated teacher is no longer available, we may need to assign you to a different teacher. In any cases where a teacher must change, we will always strive to find the best teacher to meet your learning objectives. Misconduct Creating learning environments of safety, trust, and comfortability is our top priority. As such, we have a zero tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, and misconduct of any kind. Teachers and clients need to be treated with respect and dignity at all times. We take reports of misconduct very seriously and such reports could be grounds for the automatic cancellation of your membership and classes without refund. No Driving Policy For the safety of our clients and in accordance with local traffic laws, we have a strict "no driving while taking a class" policy. You may take your class in your car, but your car must be parked. We recommend that you read our full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before completing your purchase.
