Communiqeh Language Training Canada (“Communiqeh,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information in accordance with the privacy laws of Ontario and Quebec, including PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) and Law 25 (Quebec). Our website and online booking platform are hosted on Wix, and our payment processing is handled through Stripe. This Privacy Policy operates in conjunction with the Communiqeh Terms of Service and Membership Community Code of Conduct.

The Communiqeh Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Code of Conduct together form the complete legal and ethical framework governing participation in Communiqeh Language Training Canada’s programs, classes, sessions, and events. By accessing, purchasing, or participating in any Communiqeh service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all three documents. Communiqeh may use recordings for internal training, quality assurance, service improvement, and promotion. We will always obtain explicit consent before using any identifiable Member’s likeness, voice, or image in external promotional or marketing materials.
We will never use any information for a purpose inconsistent with the purpose for which it was collected.
4. Storage and Protection of Data
We store client information securely through Wix and Stripe, both of which comply with international security standards. Internally, access to client data is restricted to authorized personnel who require it to perform their duties. While we take all reasonable precautions, no online transmission is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection from unauthorized access.
5. Limitation of Liability
Communiqeh Language Training Canada, its owners, instructors, subcontractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration of personal information, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. We are not liable for information shared voluntarily between community members or Guests. By using our services, you accept responsibility for protecting your own credentials and personal data.
6. Cookies and Website Analytics
Our website uses cookies to improve user experience, analyze visitor behaviour, and provide functionality. Visitors can choose to decline non-essential cookies through the consent banner. We may also use third-party tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook, or similar platforms; however, we do not control their data collection methods.

We will only contact you regarding your classes, sessions, or related services. Promotional emails or marketing communications are sent only with your explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time. Communiqeh complies with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information. Data may be shared only with authorized service providers and teachers as necessary to operate classes, sessions, and events. We strongly advise Guests and Members not to share personal information (such as addresses or payment details) with other users. Communiqeh cannot control the actions of individuals and is not liable for any personal information shared between users.
9. Video and Audio Recording
Communiqeh records group classes, coaching sessions, and live events for learning, quality assurance, and promotional purposes. By attending any Communiqeh-hosted activity, you consent to being recorded. If recordings are used for marketing, explicit written consent will be obtained. Private 1:1 sessions may be recorded only with the participant’s consent. Participants are strictly prohibited from independently recording any class, session, or event. This rule also appears in our Terms of Service and Code of Conduct.
10. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent for communications, and inquire how your data is stored or used. Requests should be directed to info@communiqeh.ca. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

By accessing the Communiqeh website, registering as a Guest, or becoming a Member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Communiqeh Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Code of Conduct. These three documents operate together to govern your participation and protect your rights and privacy within the Communiqeh Community.
